Victory for Those Who Dare Greatly

After our client had lost his driver’s license, after several prior DWI convictions. Missouri Department of Revenue issued a 10-year denial of his Missouri driving privileges. He had not had a valid driver’s license for approximately 15 years when he contacted us. A petition was filed in the appropriate circuit Court, which sought an order permitting him to reinstate his driver’s license. We assisted the client through the process of meeting all necessary statutory requirements and obtained an order for him to reinstate his driving privileges. The client was able to obtain a valid Missouri driver’s license and maintains that valid license today.
